If you have a long road and a long stay outdoors, is to use plastic bags: avid fishermen and hunters wear them on dry and warm socks and then shoes to protect feet from moisture if the shoes get wet.

To do a massage. Freed from the wet clothes and shoes, should be wiped up with a towel and RUB the soles and toes with a warming ointment, alcohol-based solution or essential oils. To eat. Most affordable rapid method to warm – hot drink. It is not necessary to warm the alcohol, which dilates blood vessels and contributes to cooling. After all, when it’s cold, the blood vessels in our body constrict automatically, trying to keep heat in the internal environment, but the alcohol expands them. It is better to enjoy an aromatic and energizing tea. Before going to sleep doctors recommend to prepare a healing drink of Hippocrates: a pinch of cinnamon, two stars of cloves, one teaspoon of honey, two glasses of natural red wine, two slices of lemon; mix all ingredients, bring to a boil, cool slightly and drink. In addition, good warm rich protein foods seasoned with hot spices.

To strengthen the body’s defenses. Herbal drugs for prophylaxis of immunodeficiency (“Phytoprotection viral and infectious diseases”, “immunomodulatory Compound”, “Trysil”, “vitamins for the whole family”) will accelerate the recovery process, prevent complications of diseases and make up for the lack of vitamins, minerals and other beneficial substances.
Thus, wet feet is an urgent need to revive in order to avoid comorbidities, especially because it is so nice and helpful.
