Fungal diseases in winter occur mostly because of warming of the feet. Daily wearing warm tights, a few pairs of socks, footwear winter boots with natural fur, we create the conditions for so-called “greenhouse effect”: the legs, while staying a long time in a warm environment, sweat. Recall that the warm and humid atmosphere promotes growth of pathogenic microbes. This condition is also felt by fans of rubber boots. Of course, such waterproof the shoes must be present in the wardrobe of adults and children. However, wear rubber boots every day – with the first autumn frosts before spring warming – not worth it. First, probable fungal infection (itching, redness, blistering and long-term treatment), and secondly, by reducing the air temperature may be hypothermia and even frostbite.

With hypothermia the leg patients nephrologist and urologist often exacerbated renal pathology (particularly pyelonephritis), as well as the most exposed area becomes the bladder. Therefore, the warming period is the season of cystitis in the fair half of mankind, and prostatitis in men.

Wet feet: first aid
Naturally with complaints of wet feet do not run to the doctor. However, it may need help if nothing. Experts have developed a few simple tips that will help prevent inflammation in the body and various diseases associated with wet feet. So, what to do if you have wet feet?
To change the shoes. In the cold season it is desirable to change the room (in particular, at school or at work), and not only for reasons of aesthetics, ethics and hygiene. A change of shoes will help to dry wet boots and socks, not to sit all day in discomfort. If you have a long road and a long stay outdoors, is to use plastic bags: avid fishermen and hunters wear them on dry and warm socks and then shoes to protect feet from moisture if the shoes get wet.
To do a massage. Freed from the wet clothes and shoes, should be wiped up with a towel and RUB the soles and toes with a warming ointment, alcohol-based solution or essential oils. Massage will restore normal blood circulation and you will feel the heat. Essential oils can still be rubbed the chest, to prevent the inflammatory process. At home you can pour into dry socks dry mustard, which also has a warming effect.
To take a bath. The procedure can be done, of course, only at home. Coming home, removing wet shoes and clothing, will certainly dip cold feet in warm water with sea salt or mustard and take a bath to warm the whole body.
To eat. Most affordable rapid method to warm – hot drink. It is not necessary to warm the alcohol, which dilates blood vessels and contributes to cooling. After all, when it’s cold, the blood vessels in our body constrict automatically, trying to keep heat in the internal environment, but the alcohol expands them. It is better to enjoy an aromatic and energizing tea. Before going to sleep doctors recommend to prepare a healing drink of Hippocrates: a pinch of cinnamon, two stars of cloves, one teaspoon of honey, two glasses of natural red wine, two slices of lemon; mix all ingredients, bring to a boil, cool slightly and drink. In addition, good warm rich protein foods seasoned with hot spices.
To strengthen the body’s defenses. Herbal drugs for prophylaxis of immunodeficiency (“Phytoprotection viral and infectious diseases”, “immunomodulatory Compound”, “Trysil”, “vitamins for the whole family”) will accelerate the recovery process, prevent complications of diseases and make up for the lack of vitamins, minerals and other beneficial substances.
Thus, wet feet is an urgent need to revive in order to avoid comorbidities, especially because it is so nice and helpful.
